We carefully package every order from our Buckinghamshire studio to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to enjoy.
Processing Times
As a small independent business, each order is carefully prepared before dispatch.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- During collection launches or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If so, we’ll keep you updated.
UK Delivery
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.
Orders are sent using trusted courier services with tracking where available.
International Delivery
We currently ship cushion covers and throws internationally.
Due to the size and shipping costs associated with filled cushions, cushions with inserts are currently available for UK delivery only.
We hope to expand our international shipping options as Libellule Studio grows.
Packaging
Every order is thoughtfully wrapped using protective, recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Our aim is for your order to feel just as special to receive as it was to create.
Large Orders
If you’d like to order a larger quantity of filled cushions than our standard shipping allows, we’d love to help.
Please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll happily arrange a bespoke shipping quote.
