 Orders & Products


  • What are your cushions made from? Interior cushions are made from a natural cotton linen blend. Our outside cushions are made from a faux linen with water repellant polyester back, designed to be more weather resistant. 
  • Do cushion covers include a cushion? They can be ordered with or without cushion.
  • Are your throws suitable for everyday use? Yes, they are 100% cotton. They are soft and thick enough to provide warmth on those cold evenings. Please note care should be taken not to pull the threads as it is a jacquard weave and therefore is susceptible to pulling. 
  • Can I use the Outdoor Collection outside all year round? No. Although they have been designed to withstand summer showers by being made water resistant they are best kept indoors when not being used. 
  • Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on screen? The photos are true to life but there may be a very slight variation due to the properties of natural fibres. 


Delivery


  • How long will my order take to arrive? Dispatch on most items will be 3-5 working days and then all items are shipped 48 hour tracked.
  • Do you ship internationally? I only ship as far as Europe as standard currently. However, if you're outside of Europe and would like to purchase anything contact me directly and I will see what I can do.
  • How much does delivery cost? Please see the shipping page for a breakdown. Due to the varied nature in sizes/options of the packages this will vary. 


Returns


  • Can I return my order? Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unused. If there is an issue with the product please contact me and I will try to resolve this with you. Please see the returns page for full details.
  • What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact me and we will resolve the issue. 


Care


  • How should I care for my cushions and throws? Each item will come with its own care instructions in the delivery bag. If this has been misplaced you can contact me and I will be happy to provide you with another.
  • Can the cushion covers be machine washed? Most can be machine washed on the hand wash/delicates setting but please do read the care instructions as each vary. 


About Libellule Studio


  • Where are your products made? All products are made in my home studio, except for my throws for which I have collaborated with a small weaving company in the USA.
  •  Are your designs exclusive to Libellule Studio? Yes, they are all designed by me in house.
