We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.


Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.


To be eligible for a return, your item must:


  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Include any accessories or inserts supplied with the item.


Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.


Return Postage


Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase.


We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during their return.


Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.


If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Please include your order number along with photographs of the item and its packaging where possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:


  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
